We are always looking to add great people to our awesome crew! We work hard and take pride in our family business and we love to share our passion for plants with our employees and customers. All jobs have some degree of physicality needed to fulfill tasks.

We begin hiring new employees in February and March when we start growing our plants for spring sales.
Retail sales begin in late April, peak in May, slow down after June, but continue through October. Tasks change with the season from growing the plants to selling the plants and cleaning up for next year.

Store hours during peak season are usually Monday-Friday 8:00am-7:00pm, Saturday 8:00am-5:00pm and Sunday 10:00am-4:00pm. We are open Memorial Day 8:00am-4:00pm and closed on the 4th of July and Labor Day.

In 2024, we are looking for a multifaceted individual that could potentially help us in both office and retail operations. This could include some office work like answering phones, handling wholesale customer accounts and other general office tasks as well as being the main retail employee and/or retail manager that would oversee retail operations along with the owners. There would also be potential to work in the retail greenhouses in early spring and maintain plants for sale during the sales season. This would be a full time position (with overtime in April/May) as the individual would need to know the daily happenings at the garden center. Some weekends are required as well as part of Memorial Day weekend. Do you think you could be the right fit?! We would love to meet you! Fill out an application and email us at info@hansonsgardenvillage.com.
